About GNIT Enterprise Platforms
In GNIT Enterprise Platforms, we support all GN end users with a constant focus on IT Security. We protect the global IT environment and develop, optimize, support, and maintain the IT infrastructure and core platforms. Our work spans across all GN divisions. Located at our HQ in Ballerup, you will join the Enterprise Platform domain alongside over 150 great colleagues worldwide.

Your Role
As an IT Delivery Manager, you will bring several years of experience in managing IT infrastructure within an Agile environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Navigating a complex organization with various stakeholders.
• Employing both self-directed and cooperative strategies to fulfill strategic goals.
• Managing processes, maintaining momentum, and ensuring project completion.

Strategic Initiatives
We are implementing several transformation initiatives focused on effective business operations, security, and cost optimization. These initiatives aim to:

• Enhance transparency within IT services.
• Ensure data security and compliance.
• Manage transitions efficiently.

By optimizing costs and securing our data, we aim to support the organization's strategic goals and improve overall efficiency. Detailed explanations of these initiatives can be provided during discussions with interested candidates.

What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you will need to:

• Focus on details when necessary while leveraging strategic insights.
• Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Motivate teams and set direction as an experienced Delivery Manager.
• Manage budget and track costs.
• Manage organizational change initiatives.
• Integrate your activities within Agile methodologies (SAFe/Scrum).
• Have a conceptual understanding of IT infrastructure components and architecture.
