We are looking to hire a new colleague to manage our overall maintenance and technical optimization projects at our Process Innovation Tech Centre; our state-of-the-art pilot plant located in Brande, Denmark. activities which are critical to developing innovative feed solutions for a

sustainable and efficient future for our aquaculture industry. You will be a key contributor to BioMar’s future feed innovations, as "process and maintenance manager" in our Tech Centre team, which produces experimental feeds for our global R&D activities and runs process development activities for our global operations.

Drive Impact and Shape the Future of Aquaculture

As "Process and maintenance manager" at our R&D pilot plant, you will have overall responsibility to ensure that the plant is well maintained, running, and

operationally reliable. Your tasks will include:

• Managing, planning, structuring, and executing the preventive maintenance program.
• Overseeing maintenance, implementation, and technical optimization projects.
• Collaborating efficiently with colleagues, stakeholders, and external suppliers.
• Executing root cause analysis and manual maintenance tasks when needed.
• Performing electrical, process installation-related, and other technical maintenance tasks at the pilot plant.

Your Impact in Our Growth Strategy

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience from process plant maintenance or equivalent. An education as a mechanical

engineer (maskinmester), automation technician, or equivalent will be valued. You will ideally also:

• Have a working style that is structured, systematic, and dedicated.
• Enjoy collaborating with colleagues across the full organization, with strong communication skills.
• Be comfortable working in teams as well as independently.
• Have the ability to manage and execute maintenance and process projects.
• Be technically skilled within process plants and production environments.
