As Senior Category Manager, you will be a part of an experienced Category Management team, where you will have full opportunity to make visible results within your own categories of printed circuit board assembly and electronic components.

Your responsibilities:

• Spend overview and categorization - Together with the Procurement team you will create and maintain an overview of the major direct spend categories within 3Shape and assigned to you, as well as being in close collaboration with key stakeholders in the organization.
• Collaboration on long-term strategies - In partnership with the stakeholders, you will develop and uphold long-term strategies for the primary spending categories, which will include detailed action plans.
• Head negotiations - As a good negotiator, you will have the commercial responsibility for all major negotiations supporting the organization in getting the best possible conditions.
• Best practice - You will support the organization with the best practice for supplier selection and negotiation to make sure all direct spends are carried out professionally.

Qualifications

• You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within category management incl. strategies and processes on a global level.
• Experience with plastic injection moulding
• Experience with supplier management for plastic injection moulding
• Engineering or other relevant technical background
• You can work closely and interact with colleagues at various levels and from different cultures.
• You are fluent in English.
• You take pride in providing effective delivery.
