Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for low-code solutions and processes.
- Troubleshoot and efficiently resolve technical issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of support processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product functionality.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Create and maintain documentation for support procedures and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience (education or equivalent experience).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a natural interest in technology and IT.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Outgoing and skilled at building strong relationships.
- Prefer working in teams but can also work independently.
