VIKING’s Digital Department comprises 65 dedicated colleagues, located in Denmark, India, Thailand, Bulgaria, Singapore, China and Norway. We are responsible for VIKING’s global IT environment, using SAP, Microsoft and Service Now as our major platforms.

We are seeking an experienced JavaScript developer to support and develop our mobile
applications in the Neptune Software DXP - Open Edition framework. You will be responsible
for designing, configuring, developing, and implementing solutions primarily within Field
Service Management. You will work closely with our business stakeholders to understand
the requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet VIKING’s needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop applications using Neptune Software
  • Design and implement integrations to other adjacent platforms like SAP or ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with team members to define and implement solutions.
  • Level 1 support to business users
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Test and debug the solution to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions
  • Gather requirements, design, build, and test user interfaces in the Neptune Mobile App

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a JavaScript Developer
  • Proficiency in HTML5, TypeScript and React
  • Experience with integration technologies and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Neptune DXP – Open Edition
