As a Chef de Partie at Bella Center, you will play a key role in the daily operation of the kitchen, working closely with the Sous Chef to ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service. Your work will contribute directly to the Bella Group's vision and mission, which focuses on sustainability, innovation, and exceptional service. This role involves ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly, that the company’s sustainable roadmap is followed, and that every guest experiences optimal service and top-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Ordering & Planning: Responsible for ordering products and assisting in planning for upcoming kitchen needs.
- Sustainability: Take a proactive role in following the kitchen’s sustainable approach, minimizing food waste, and ensuring all activities align with the company’s sustainable initiatives.
- Food Quality: Ensure food is of the highest quality at all times and meet customer expectations.
- Hygiene Standards: Maintain high hygiene and cleaning standards, ensuring the kitchen is always safe and compliant with health regulations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Efficiently and accurately respond to customer feedback and requests, ensuring every dining experience is exceptional.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive work environment, working independently or as part of a team.
- Training & Mentoring: Be a role model for trainees, guiding them in their professional development and adhering to safety protocols.
- Safety & Risk Management: Be familiar with fire emergency procedures and risk analysis, ensuring the kitchen operates safely at all times.
Skills & Qualifications:

Experience & Competencies:
Previous experience in a similar kitchen role.
A good command of the English language.
Understanding of basic economics and standard computer software.
Education: Chef education or relevant culinary qualification.

Self-motivated with a positive and can-do attitude.
Passionate about food and hospitality, with a natural curiosity and warm approach to people.
Excellent team player with a willingness to contribute and help others succeed.
