For our client N.G.P Tobacco, located in Haverslev near Nørager, Randstad is looking for an employee to join the maintenance team. The position is on the day shift.

N.G.P Tobacco ApS was established in 2020 with the aim of producing smoke-free nicotine products for Europe and international markets. The factory currently employs 160 people, with 20 employees in administration. N.G.P. Tobacco ApS is in constant growth and is currently expanding its existing factory in Haverslev. The factory produces its own brands, such as Killa and Pablo, for over 40 markets in Europe and abroad. It is a young, growing company with big ambitions. They focus on an informal yet serious culture, where there is room for development on an exciting growth journey.

job Responsibilities
Together with your colleagues in the team, your primary task will be to ensure stable machine uptime in production. You will mainly work with Merz-brand machines, so familiarity with these would be advantageous, but it is by no means a requirement.
Your tasks will include:

- Troubleshooting machines
- Repairing breakdowns
- Replacing spare parts, primarily mechanical components
- Planning and carrying out maintenance on the machines

You will work with new machines in a positive and friendly production environment.

your Profile
We envision that you have a mechanical background, such as an auto mechanic, electronics mechanic, electronics technician, or similar. The most important thing is that you are proactive and eager to work with highly automated production facilities.
To succeed in the role, we expect you to:
- Enjoy a varied workday with diverse tasks
- Be adaptable
- Thrive in an international environment with many different people and cultures
- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken – Danish is not required, as the corporate language is English

Week 1: Monday-Wednesday, 07:00-19:00
