We are now ready to take the next step in our EMEA region and recruit for a dedicated People & Culture Partner, that can lift our HR presence in the region and help attract and develop our future talents. This is a new role where you will be able to shape and influence the way we operate in the region.

Shape the future and empower people and culture
In this position, you will act as People & Culture partner to the Regional Heads of EPP and T&L in EMEA. The role supports 15-20 offices across the region and operates as a partner and advisor to leaders, driving annual wheel processes, talent acquisition and optimizing our operational HR processes in partnership with our European HR Services set-up.

You will play a crucial role in building a business-oriented People & Culture Partner function in the region, working closely with people & culture colleagues, managers and directors to drive all HR processes and organizational development. Your responsibilities will incl.:

  • Ensure regional P&C strategies are aligned with business direction and the global P&C strategy. Actively contribute to regional leadership team meetings.
  • Drive effective recruitment processes and actively recruit key roles and leader positions.
  • Ensure strong onboarding processes for employees and leaders in the region.
  • Drive and facilitate the annual HR wheel, including people review, appraisal, merit, talent selection, and engagement surveys.
  • Manage and execute global reward initiatives in the region, including position structure, title governance, benefit schemes, and incentive structures.
  • Support implementation of strong operational and payroll processes in the region in partnership with our European HR Services set-up.
  • Support the development of employees and the organization through select development initiatives.
  • Provide consulting, sparring, advising, and handling of people and organizational matters.
  • Support lifestyle and welfare initiatives in the region and ensure P&C-related parts of overall ISO certification are addressed.

Experienced HR profile with a passion for people
We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Partner with 7-10 years HR experience, preferably in regional or multi-country roles who possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

You are passionate about driving HR processes and organizational development, has resilience and strong energy and thrives in a volatile environment and different cultures. You have a deep expertise supporting managers and bring several years of experience from the HR field and hands-on experience in HR Partnering, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Development.

As a person you posses’ high integrity, a collaborative mindset, and strong interpersonal and influencing skills. You have a hands-on and pragmatic approach, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to connect strategic priorities to concrete HR solutions.

You will be part of an inspiring team and culture, working towards making our company the most attractive workplace in the regions we operate. You report to the Regional Heads with a dotted line to the CHRO located at the HQ in Denmark.

The position is based in The Netherlands, with extensive travel expected across Europe, the Middle East, CIS, and Africa.
