POSITION SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Leader to join our team for numerous exciting new industrial building projects in Denmark.
As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the initiation, permits, planning, execution, and completion of the industrial building projects, first of which will be the expansion of the Holstebro factory by approximately 15,000SQM; leading the contractors and internal professionals to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage the project team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Organize and obtain all necessary permits and approvals for the project in Denmark.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for Safety, Quality, and Emissions.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present project reports to the overall program manager
- Collaborate with the project leaders of the other workstreams (equipment, logistics, people, …)

- External Contractors, Subcontractors, and suppliers
- Danish Government Agencies
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- University Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in project management in industrial building construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from initiation to completion
- Experience with relevant Danish legislation and industrial compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project and Autocad.
- Strong local network in the construction industry
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Danish and English is required.
