Join a fast-growing team of digital specialists shaping the future of performance marketing at LEGO! As a PPC Coordinator, you’ll help define the global paid search strategy within the LEGO Groups owned digital ecosystem, driving full-funnel performance across ecommerce and brand-building initiatives.
In this high-impact role, you’ll use data and insight to grow engagement, attract new shoppers, and build innovative campaigns that support both LEGO.com and the broader LEGO brand.

We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify search funnel optimisation opportunities, with a focus on upper-funnel search.
- Collaborate with channel leads and specialists to drive global search performance.
- Align with marketing, brand, and insights teams on campaign goals and success metrics.
- Build, monitor, and report on PPC campaigns to key stakeholders.
- Launch YouTube, search, and display campaigns with channel specialists.
- Lead PPC campaigns across Google and Bing using bid tools, reporting results.
Do you have what it takes.
- Strong Paid Search experience, including strategy, remarketing, critical metrics, and automation tools.
- Hands-on experience with bid management platforms, ideally Adobe Advertising Cloud.
- Proficient in Google and Bing Ads platforms.
- Proven analytics knowledge, including audience segmentation, activation, and performance analysis (Adobe or Google Analytics).
- Confident using Microsoft Excel for campaign analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication ability in English.
