Job Description
Are you a Mechanical Engineer with solid simulation skills and an urge to engineer tomorrow?

Here is your opportunity to be part of an innovative team with highly skilled engineers. We have recently launched plans for expanding our business on hydraulic steering systems with a range of new product developments for off-road applications.

We are looking to strengthen our team with a design engineer in our Nordborg office, though being part of a global team with colleagues from USA, Slovakia, Japan, India and China. Both newly educated-, and experienced engineers are very welcome to apply for the positions.

Become part of a truly global team
Our team consists of 30 engineers where most of us have expertise within hydraulics, simulation, mechanical design and project management. We believe diversity and different cultural background are important for our team dynamic and to achieve best possible solutions for our customers.

Make customer experience better
Our work is driven by market trends or requests from leading OEM customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to seek best technical solutions regarding functionality, performance and cost. Main responsibility is to keep a specific product line on world class level. Beside this, you will get possibility for individual develop in a field where you are the expert or have high interest. It could potentially be a simulation discipline related to our technology.

Job Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of our new colleague include:

• Convert market needs into product solutions and specifications
• Structural simulation, testing and verification of technical solutions
• Dynamic simulation of hydraulic components and systems
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Project planning and execution
• Advanced problem-solving

Background & Skills
Engineer with ambitions to develop expertise

• You hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering with advanced skills in or strong interest in mechanical design and fluid mechanics
• You have advanced skills in control engineering of hydraulic systems
• You have flair for mechanical designs and skills within usage of CAD/CAE
• You enjoy making technical solutions on complex issues
• You have experience in project work with focus on deadlines
• You speak and write fluent English
