PIM (Privileged Identity Management) Operations Engineer

As a PIM Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and support of CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. Your role focuses on ensuring system stability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement within the PIM space. You will also play a key role in ensuring a smooth and well-documented transition of new PIM functionalities into daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
- CyberArk Operations Support: Maintain and support CyberArk components (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PTA) to ensure high availability, performance, and compliance.
- Incident & Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve operational issues related to privileged access, working closely with internal support teams.
- Operational Handover: Support the seamless integration of new PIM solutions into daily operations, including documentation, training, and handover activities.
- Optimization & Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance performance, reliability, and security within the existing PIM environment.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure operational documentation, configurations, and health reports are current and aligned with audit and ITIL standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as an operation matter expert in PIM, offering guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders.
Your Qualifications and Experience
- Solid experience administering CyberArk Enterprise Password Vault, including day-to-day operations and lifecycle management.
- Hands-on expertise in upgrading, patching, and version certification of CyberArk environments.
- In-depth knowledge of key CyberArk components:
- Central Policy Manager (CPM) – policy configuration and redistribution
- Privileged Session Manager (PSM) – connector setup and customization
- PVWA, Vault administration, and Application Identity Manager (AIM)
- Experience integrating CyberArk with:
- LDAP directories, Windows and Unix servers, application servers, databases, and network devices
- Proficient in:
- Creating and managing Safes, users, and access policies
- Analyzing and reporting on security vulnerabilities and patches
- Developing and modifying scripts using PowerShell and PACLI
