Core Responsibilities
- Turn ideas into engaging experiences across the LEGO® ecosystem, collaborating with digital, social and content development teams to bring world-class activations to life
- Support with event planning, logistics and global amplification of key physical and digital events
- Support the communication of campaign and content updates to internal stakeholders
- Support the team in campaign development by working closely with our internal Agency team to develop best in class campaign toolboxes
- Monitor and analyse the franchise development against the industry and competitors, reporting on trends and sharing solutions to strengthen the business to help achieve in-year goals
- Help create phenomenal experiences for our team, fostering a culture of improvement and creativity

The Global Product & Marketing department develops and manages the global portfolio of concepts and products – short, medium, and long term - and are responsible for developing a portfolio which can deliver to the consumer sales and profitability objectives of the LEGO Group.
For this role we need a student worker with a passion for storytelling and entertainment properties, eager to get hands-on experience in marketing communication and IP development!
Do you have what it takes?
- It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker.
- University level student, with focus in a business-related field with focus in marketing.
- Must be passionate about understanding consumers and creating meaningful product and brand experiences for kids.
- A Team-player by heart who is great at building relationships and making an impact across various regions and cultures.
- A strong communicator and collaborator, confident in working with multiple stakeholders across the business.
- Prior experience in marketing is an advantage.
- English at fluent level is required.
