IT Quality Specialist – IT Quality & Compliance

Your new role
IT Quality & Compliance is responsible for driving and setting the right level for quality and compliance within Global IT. Our primary focus is to drive improvements on our Quality Management System while also assisting our colleagues with quality and compliance related challenges in their everyday work.
You will be responsible for:
- Improvements on the Quality Management System – advising on process improvement and requirement
- Acting as internal quality consultant for the entire Global IT organization, e.g., qualifying infrastructure and occasionally validations of IT systems
- Reporting on quality deliverables
- Support our colleagues in deviation and CAPA management / resolution
- Conduct training of colleagues in Global IT with focus on GXP and our Quality Management System
- Attend internal / external regulatory audits, including CAPA actions / resolution

The position is based in our Headquarters in Valby, Copenhagen, and you will be reporting to the Head of IT Quality & Compliance.

What you bring to the team
- You have a Bsc. / Msc. degree in life science, computer science or similar
- You have a sharp eye for continuous improvements of procedures
- You have at least 4 years’ experience from a similar position from the pharmaceutical industry, especially working with GAMP5
- You have excellent ability to create relationships with colleagues with different backgrounds and levels
- You speak and write English fluently
