Core Responsibilities
On top of leading and optimizing SAP test automation strategies:
- Act as the SME and primary advisor for Tosca enablement and governance.
- Drive integration of test automation with change management processes and tools to ensure seamless testing workflows.
- Develop and implement test governance frameworks to improve quality assurance across SAP landscapes.
- Support Product teams in test case design, automation scripting, execution, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure enterprise-wide scalability, maintainability, and efficiency of SAP test automation strategy.
- Evaluate emerging test automation tools and methodologies to continuously improve testing efficiency.

Do you have what it takes?
- Significant experience emphasizing both technical expertise and functional leadership or collaboration within cross-functional teams.
- Solid experience in SAP test automation, with deep expertise in Tricentis Tosca.
- Understanding of test governance, automation standard methodologies, and integration with change management.
- Experience in enterprise SAP testing, including end-to-end and regression testing.
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in documenting complex technical solutions, ensuring clarity and maintainability.
Further it would be nice with:
- Exposure to other test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT, Worksoft).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA testing.
- Knowledge of performance and security testing.
- Ability to coach teams on automation best practices.
