As a Senior Java Developer, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Copenhagen. Together, we will work in the Easy Team that is now creating and implementing Nets’ next-generation product offering within eCommerce, Easy. The new payment solution developed by Nets opens for the best checkout experience in the market, which makes it easier than ever for consumers to pay. Easy is built for developers by developers, meaning it’s modern, concise and built on established and modern technology.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
- Help set the technical direction and strategy of our customer-facing portal backend.
- Actively participate with coding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development with business goals and solving our customer's problems.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into projects.

We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference. Here’s what we value:
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong core Java & OOP principles.
- Experience with Spring Framework (Boot, Data, Security).
- RESTful API development skills.
- Solid SQL knowledge and experience with NoSQL databases.
- Basic CI/CD pipeline knowledge.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with database technologies like MongoDB, MS SQL, PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React
- Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps
- Experience with event driven architecture
- Deep understanding of the lifecycle of software development
