We are now looking for a hands-on Salesforce Admin to make sure our sales organisation remains productive and gets maximum value from Salesforce CRM every day. This is a role for someone who thrives on solving practical problems, tightening processes, and enabling colleagues to sell more, faster.

This is a full-time position and we are looking for candidates based in Helsinki or Tampere. The role is a fixed-term full-time maternity leave cover.

As the Salesforce Admin, you will

  • Administer & optimise Salesforce. Own configuration, data hygiene, user management, and release readiness
  • Master data management. Maintain product master data with product management, accounts hierarchy, territories, and targets in Forecasts with the local sales
  • Train and onboard users. Deliver concise, recurring training, enablement sessions, and byte-sized e-learning content, and maintain clear user documentation
  • Support the sales process. Provide frontline help on leads, opportunities, quotes, forecasting, list views, and everything else
  • Enable users with insights.Build reusable reports and dashboards, and train power users to create their own views
  • Safeguard data quality. Improve data and process compliance, manage integrations, and spot issues before they hit the forecast
  • Integrate with the marketing team.Work with marketers around integration and lead flow from HubSpot, Campaigns, and reporting
  • Territory, quota & incentive support. Maintain territory models and quota allocations, and work with RevOps and Finance teams on compensation dashboards and variable pay data
  • Drive continuous improvement. Gather feedback, translate it into system changes, and measure the impact.

We are looking for someone with

  • 3+ years administering Salesforce Sales Cloud in a B2B environment; ADM-201 (or higher) certification preferred
  • Proven experience supporting quota-carrying account managers and technical sales specialists
  • Solid grasp of lead and opportunity management, quoting, and pipeline reporting
  • Ability to turn business requirements into scalable configurations: layouts, flows, validation rules, permission sets
  • Analytical skills; comfortable with Google Sheets and PowerBI
  • Clear, direct communication in English; additional Nordic or German languages are an advantage
  • Self-direction and accountability to take ownership, deliver, and flag risks early.

What sets you apart

  • Experience working in B2B IT services, SaaS, or fast-growing technology companies
  • Experience with HubSpot, NetSuite, or Celigo integration platform
  • Marketing automation skills and experience
  • Experience conducting onboarding, enablement and training for sales
  • Scripting or low-code skills (Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components)
