Are you skilled at delivering complex, business-critical applications? Do you have experience managing all phases of a project — from defining requirements to handover to operations? Can you maintain an overview across a portfolio of projects? If so, you might be the Senior Project Manager we’re looking for to join our Digital Experience Team and make your mark.
Your responsibilities

As our new Senior Project Manager, you will play a vital role both with customers and internally at NNIT. The role includes both project and portfolio management responsibilities. It is versatile and challenging, and comes with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy.

Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, as you’ll be a key point of contact for both upper management and project team members. A commercial mindset is also important, enabling you to navigate contracts and delivery models effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Initiating projects by identifying scope and working with the customer on requirements

• Planning resources, delivery setup, and relevant reporting

• Executing and managing projects according to agreed methodologies — ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met

• Defining and managing risks and issues

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering in line with the business case, including invoicing

• Supporting a positive and thriving team culture

You’ll be part of NNIT’s Custom Application Development team

Custom Application Development is a key unit in NNIT and plays an important role in our strategic direction. We help our customers bring their business strategies to life through custom-built digital solutions. We don’t just deliver code — we deliver solutions.

Your qualifications and experience

We expect you to have:

• A relevant Master’s degree

• A strong project management toolkit (preferably a certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent)

• 8+ years of project management experience in IT application development, ideally with an IT vendor/provider

• Experience with agile methodologies

• Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken

• Preferably experience with international or remote delivery teams
