Senior Enterprise Architect – End User Services

You will join the End User Services leadership team and work closely with the management, which is responsible for Danske Bank Group Digital Workplace (devices management, collaboration and productivity tools and voice and contact centre services).

End User Services area is maturing, embracing modern ways of working leveraging public cloud-based technical capabilities and modernising its full portfolio. Full AI integration into our services provides excellent capabilities to transform end user experience and provide you with an opportunity to work hand in hand with Service Owners designing and leading technical implementations of enterprise-scale solutions.

End User Services teams are located primarily in Lithuania, Denmark and India together with the other parts of IT.

Your workplace will be in Vilnius, Lithuania; or Copenhagen, Denmark.

You will:

• Drive the Digital Workplace strategy from an architecture perspective and act as the domain expert of architecture for End User Services in Danske Bank
• Work with EUS leadership and service teams to develop the Digital Workplace roadmap, driving technology modernization and improved user experience
• Work closely with Service Owners and facilitate Digital workplace & Collaboration strategy and roadmap development
• Oversee the landscape for digital workplace & collaboration market and vendors strategies, share the directions and insights with Service Owners
• Produce enterprise solutions architecture (including high and low level) for implementation for regulated environment
• Lead technical implementations with engineering teams
• Be part of and contribute to the wider Enterprise Architecture community of Danske Bank
• Own and develop the End User Services Target Architecture documentation, ensure it meets Danske Bank Enterprise Architecture standards

About you:

• Good conceptual understanding of Digital Workplace as a subject
• High-level understanding of all Digital Workplace affiliated technologies with a sound knowledge of service management
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune and relevant MS technologies. Knowledge of Cloud, IP telephony and contact centers technologies is an advantage
• Comfortable working with senior management and stakeholders
• Ability to describe complex solutions in a simple way understandable for business and Service Owners
• Advanced skills in English (both spoken and written)
• Understanding of TOGAF architectural concepts

We offer:
Monthly salary range applies only if you work in Lithuania from 5360 EUR to 8040 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
