As an IT Security Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that every application and development process from Contract Logistics IT meets the highest standards of security, compliance, and resilience. You will be responsible for aligning the Contract Logistics IT risk management processes with DSV’s global policies, strengthening our application security framework, enhancing the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC), and guiding development teams on secure coding and vulnerability remediation.

In addition, you will:

• Drive application security initiatives in alignment with our strategy.
• Facilitate ongoing security awareness and knowledge-sharing across development teams.
• Ensure compliance with security governance standards.
• Evaluate and audit the security posture of products in the Contract Logistics IT portfolio.
• Collaborate with senior management to align security efforts with business goals.
• Guide and support product owners to ensure that secure, high-quality applications are delivered.

The role is based at Hedehusene, near Copenhagen.

EXPERIENCED INFORMATION security leader

With a solid track record in applying security frameworks and leading risk management activities, you are ready to take the next step—into a leadership role where you can drive lasting impact.

You are motivated by enabling others, aligning security with business priorities, and taking ownership of initiatives from strategy to execution. As a trusted advisor, you foster collaboration across functions and guide teams toward common security goals.

In addition, you:

• Bring hands-on experience in application and infrastructure security, with an understanding of secure development processes.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Have significant experience in navigating and influencing a global organization.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to balance business risk and technical best practices.
