Or our Asset Management who take care of infrastructure projects of today, this includes amongst others the iconic Storebælt Link.

Working for Sund & Bælt means that we represent the Danish state, and we steer where our projects are going. That means that it is important that we are the ones who are on top of all the different contractors and their deliverables so that our projects will be completed on time. Especially when it comes to mega projects such as the Femern Fixed Link which will be completed in 2029.

As a graduate you will have an experienced mentor who will assist you and ensure that you quickly come up to speed.

An integrated part of our graduate program is the network with fellow graduates. Furthermore, you will also be able to develop your skills in a wider context, since you will get the opportunity to participate in different masterclasses such as, Project Management, and Personal Leadership.

The position can depending on role be based out of our offices in Halskov (at the Storebælt Link), Rødby (where we are building the worlds longest immersed tunnel), or our offices in Copenhagen.
