We are seeking a dynamic Manager to build and lead our Service Management Office (SMO), with a focus on process development, project leadership, and budget management. If you are passionate about IT service excellence, experienced in managing large-scale transformation projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role could be for you!

Your responsibilities:
You will lead our network services area and build a strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders

  • Process development: Lead the design and improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, ensuring best practices are implemented and continuously optimized.
  • Project leadership: Drive and participate in key strategic projects, particularly in transition and transformation initiatives, ensuring successful execution and service integration.
  • Budget management: Oversee the SMO’s financials, managing budgets effectively.
  • Transition & transformation support: Actively contribute to transition and transformation projects, ensuring smooth change management and alignment of new services with business objectives.
  • Service delivery oversight: Govern the implementation of ITSM frameworks and ensure alignment with organizational goals and global standards.
  • Collaborate globally: Work closely with stakeholders and global delivery centers (Czech, Denmark, Philippines) to ensure efficient process execution and service delivery.
  • Manage workload and resources: Set clear objectives, manage resources efficiently, and ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Oversee direct reports: Manage direct reports, focusing on development, performance, and operational needs.
  • Continuous improvement: Promote a culture of innovation, focusing on automation, optimization, and driving process improvements to enhance overall service quality.
  • Reporting and performance tracking: Provide regular updates on service performance, project progress, budget utilization, and key metrics to senior management.

Our team The Service Management Office (SMO) consists of expert Service and Process Managers dedicated to optimizing service delivery and driving continuous improvement. As Manager, you will oversee a team of 20+ colleagues, with further growth expected.

Your Qualifications And Experience:

  • Proven ability to lead and manage large teams, with a focus on process development and optimization.
  • Strong leadership skills in driving transition and transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation and seamless service integration.
  • Experience in budget management, financial oversight, and resource planning for large teams and projects.
