Join Customer Success
At Stibo DX we provide publishing platforms for large media houses across the globe. Joining the Customer Success department at our Hamburg office, you become part of an international team consisting of 8 colleagues. We are an integral part of the Stibo DX sales organization and the first point of contact for our customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

As a team we collaborate closely with each other despite working from different locations – you will have 2 colleagues at the Hamburg office, while 3 colleagues are based in Denmark and 3 in the US. But we also collaborate closely with colleagues within product management, support, project management, sales, marketing, controlling, cloud ops, as well as in the legal department.

Link our customers to the rest of the organization
As customer success manager you are our German-speaking customer's liaison within Stibo DX helping them navigate our organization. As the first point of contact, you are ready to help them find the answers they need to technical, editorial, commercial, and contractual questions.

Thus, you can look forward to handling a great mix of tasks spanning account management, product - and product management. More specifically you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of key customers as their trusted partner and go-to-person
  • Provide best-in-class technical and operational insights to your customers
  • Act as a frontrunner in understanding customer needs
  • Coordinate solutions in collaborating with customers and our project managers and internal teams
  • Ensure implementation of solutions, amendments etc.

Solid people skills and an understanding of the media industry
With your analytical and structured approach to tasks, you excel at managing details while maintaining an overall perspective. At the same time, you possess a service-oriented nature, ensuring that our customers always feel prioritized and heard with your open, friendly, and professional manner.

We also imagine that you:

  • Have a few years of experience from a similar role in customer relations, project management, and/or account management
  • Have experience interacting with internal/external stakeholders at all levels
  • Have experience with the media industry as this is essential in understanding the customers
  • Have an understanding of tech stacks
  • Have working proficiency in English and German
  • Are confident using tools such as Jira as this is our ticket system
