Internship within IT and development in an exciting energy company

As a student you are probably looking for the perfect Internship. An Internship, where you can utilize what you have learned throughout your studies and at the same time learn much more about what it is like to work in a company. If so, we definitely have the right fit for you at Eurowind Energy A/S!

We have already collaborated with many students, who have helped us with new and exciting solutions, and we are currently looking for new students to do the same. In fact, we have employed several of our interns after their graduation, and we hope that we can keep doing so.

Eurowind Energy is an energy company, which means that we develop and operate energy parks of wind and solar power both in Denmark, the rest of Europe and the US. We are around 350 employees and our headquarter is located in Hobro. Based on a significant own portfolio, we have more than 1.600 MW of operating assets under management in several countries.

We are looking for innovative ideas and the latest knowledge
You will be part of a growing IT department, where you will participate in the daily operation and development of our solutions and technologies. Therefore, we are looking for an Intern, who is dedicated to automate otherwise tedious tasks, to make data more simple, and dare to challenge the well-known spreadsheets based on the latest knowledge and technologies. Your tasks could be:

• Development of websites, PHP, JavaScript, CSS and HTML (or #C and Blazor)
• Designing user-friendly webpages and programs
• Investigation of technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Azure, LAMP stack, Adobe XD and UiPath
• Project management
• Creating reports and graphs based on large amounts of data

Maybe you are studying IT, programming and/or design, but most importantly – you want to contribute with your knowledge and your excellent questions. You will be part of a development department that works closely with all departments, and therefore, we emphasize that you are outgoing and thrive on finding and developing solutions together with your colleagues in and outside Denmark.

We would love to find a person, who likes to investigate different technologies within programming, wind turbines and solar parks as we develop many different instruments for the business. These could be:

• Reports from wind turbines and solar parks with production figures
• Graphs for wind turbines and benchmarking with theoretical production
• Project management tools for potential new energy parks
• Surveillance of energy parks

You will be part of a company where we have fun! We never let a good joke pass by, and during the lunch break we are always ready for a fun game of table football. In fact, we dare to promise that you will get an exciting internship in an attractive industry where the wind is never standing still.
