As a part of this development, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager living in Ukraine. The task will be to increase sales and market share through a combination of sales and marketing activities working with key accounts and distributors. Headquarter is based in Denmark (Jutland), so the job will include frequent travelling and interaction with customers, stakeholders, and the colleagues at SKOV A/S.

Your role will be to:

  • Connect and create relations with current and potential direct customers.
  • Support and develop the dealer network.
  • Provide system and equipment recommendations to key customers.
  • Work with the projecting team to provide climate solutions that are in line with market requirements and customer needs.
  • Negotiate solution, terms and price and close the deals.
  • Keep up to date with market developments and trends to identify sales opportunities.
  • Promote SKOV on exhibitions and seminars as needed.

To be a success in this role, we imagine that you have

  • a relevant technical degree, and
  • several years of experience with direct sales and sales via dealers within AG technology.
  • If you also have experience with climate solutions for poultry or pig it would be preferable.

We are looking for a colleague who is business oriented and highly competent in taking care of the full sales process – from first contact to closing the deal. Of course, we expect that you are motivated by selling solutions to customers and that you are comfortable building relationships and communicating effectively with others.
