In our Embedded Software department, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who effectively can influence our Scrum Teams to deliver great quality and value in a large-scale agile environment. Based at our CO2-neutral headquarters in Lynge, just north of Copenhagen, you'll be part of a skilled, empathetic team dedicated to excellence. As a meticulous team player, you excel in structured collaboration, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a proactive attitude towards challenges. Your role involves driving development projects from feature specification to efficient code implementation, optimizing for speed, power consumption, and memory utilization.

What you will do

• Fostering an agile mindset within the team
• Ensuring effective team processes and driving continuous improvement
• Coaching and mentoring team members in agile principles and practices
• Facilitating team events like Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective to enhance their value and effectiveness
• Creating an environment conducive to team success and high-quality deliverables
• Managing outside interruptions and distractions to maintain focus
• Supporting the Product Owner's growth and maturity
• Addressing impediments and dependencies that hinder progress
• Promoting transparency in progress and forecasts
• Encouraging collaboration within the team and with other teams, managing dependencies and adhering to agreed standards.

What you bring

• Seasoned Scrum Master with a strong agile mindset
• Intrinsic commitment to continuous improvement
• Proven ability to foster teamwork and collaboration
• Familiarity with SAFe or other multi-team agile frameworks
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Experience with agile tools like Azure DevOps or Jira is advantageous
• Knowledge of Medical Device Regulation and Design Control is a plus
• Familiarity with EN 62304 is an additional asset.
