Job-Link is actively seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join the team and contribute to the success of one of our distinguished clients in the medical sector. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance, and providing day-to-day leadership for projects varying from small-scale agreements to three-digit million amounts.

Key Qualifications:
Contract Management:

Proven experience in managing and advice the teams about the contracts within the medical sector. A track record of successfully executing contracts ranging from small-scale agreements to three-digit million amounts.

Project Management:

Comprehensive knowledge of project management principles, including day-to-day leadership, planning, budget and cost control, and the ability to manage complex installations in medical facilities.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively, fostering positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

International Experience:

Exposure to international projects or collaborations within the medical sector.

Language Proficiency:

Proficient in Danish and English.

Team Collaboration:

Enjoy working collaboratively in a team with diverse backgrounds, understanding the significance of individual contributions to overall success.

Day-to-Day Leadership:

Ability to provide day-to-day leadership for contract management projects.

Experience with Leadership/Management:

Proven experience in leadership and management roles.

Must Have:

• At least 5 years of Relevant Contract Management Experience: In international organizations or multicultural environments.
• Proven Skillsets within Contract Management
• Understanding of Project Organizations and Governance Structures

Responsibilities:
As a Contract Manager with Job-Link, you will:

• Oversee and negotiate contracts within the medical sector, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Manage the tender process, coordinating team selection, and maintaining the quality of tender documents.
• Assume day-to-day leadership for contract management projects.
• Engage and manage stakeholders to cultivate positive relationships and collaboration.
• Develop and execute business strategies tailored to the specific needs of the medical sector.
