Solution Architect, Tietoevry Banking

The Tietoevry Custom Implementations business area is experiencing growth, and as a result, we are searching for additional colleagues who are interested in making a significant impact on the future of banking solutions for prominent Nordic players. We are currently in need of an experienced solution architect, someone who possesses a wide range of knowledge in solution architecture and is capable of effectively leading architecture initiatives with development teams and engaging in productive conversations with clients.

In the role of a solution architect, you will be responsible for:

• Creating architecture and designs that prioritize quality and the long-term sustainability of solutions.
• Working on comprehensive assignments alongside motivated colleagues who share a strong commitment to delivering quality results, while also maintaining ongoing customer relationships.
• Collaborating with other architects as part of the architecture forum, which provides valuable opportunities for professional growth and the ability to shape technical decisions.
• Working at the forefront of technology, tackling transaction-heavy operations, addressing integration challenges, and participating in stimulating development projects with esteemed banking clients.

What we are looking for:

• Demonstrating a strong environmental awareness and an ability to identify opportunities through the application of new technologies.
• Possessing a background as a developer, which equips you with extensive knowledge of programming, system design, and system integration.

Experience in the following areas is considered a plus:

• Mini/micro services architecture.
• Utilizing Java and Groovy for enterprise services, leveraging well-known open-source libraries such as Apache Camel, Spring, Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, and more.
• Implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Working with containerized runtime environments utilizing Kubernetes.
• Developing APIs based on OpenAPI specifications.
