Finance Business Track Lead for GN’s Digital Transformation Program

Welcome to the Digital Transformation Program

As our Finance Business Track Lead, you will get to work across business and IT with implementing new digital solutions and business processes for our employees and customers.

You will be part of a Transformation Program that seeks to improve the way in which our hearing business operates in the future based on globally aligned business processes and supported by a state-of-the-art solution centered around MS Dynamics 365 and Salesforce platforms.

We look forward to welcoming you into your new office at our headquarters in Ballerup, where you will play a central role in the finance delivery track. Reporting to the Finance Business Delivery Director, you will play a key role as the intersection between the program, the Group and Business Finance functions and our group IT function.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

Facilitate business engagement:

• Ensure business alignment in the finance track of the Digital Transformation Program, e.g. priorities, involvement, etc.
• Coordinate and align business engagement with the Finance Business Delivery Director as well as across process and Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Functional Consultants, and ERP Architects
  

Work in an Agile Setup:

• Be responsible for the use cases all along the products’ lifecycle
• Together with the Scrum Master, you will co-lead the product team. Your focus will be on the Product Owners, while the Scrum Master’s focus is on the delivery team
• Coordinate the Product Owners’ group appointed by the line of business and support them in communicating clear requirements based on their expertise to the Agile delivery team
• Define the product strategy and drive the roadmap, align business needs with the Product Owners and prioritize features in accordance with the product roadmap
• Collaborate with the Scrum Masters and people managers of the delivery team to drive the products forward with clarity and structure
  

Project Management:

• Ensure that plans are in line with business capacity
• Facilitate that costs, resources, and time required to complete work in business track is established
• Align business prioritization with other track leads to ensure that the overall business prioritization is met
• Engage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as part of the organizational implementation

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:

• have a strong academic track record with a relevant Master’s degree or similar educational background
• have documented experienced as a project manager with relevant certification in project management ideally from projects using Agile
• have at several years demonstrated experience working in a similar position within process digitalization from major IT & business transformations – preferable from a global company
• deep experience from working in or with the finance function of a global company is mandatory for this position
• have a proven track record of setting direction and have solid leadership and motivational competencies
• are well-versed in communicating a compelling purpose and product vision with passion and urgency on all levels of the organization
• are structured and reliable in your own deliverables and commitments
• are proactive and take initiative including strong execution capabilities
