Your role as OT Security Specialist
As an OT Security Specialist, you’ll assume a crucial role in the overall responsibility for cyber security in the OT environment together with leading efforts to enhance and safeguard operational technology security, ensuring NIS2 compliance, and building capabilities from security architecture to vendor relations.

With this role and responsibility, your primary tasks will include:

• Drive the OT security roadmap and support solution engineers with design revies and feedback.
• Conduct CFAT and CSAT verifying supplier deliveries fulfill requirements.
• Understand the threat landscape against the business and the OT environment in particular.
• Ensure to stay up to date with technological advancements and how they can provide value to the business and the OT environment.
• Keep up to knowledge of current and coming legislations and standards within OT updated through training and conferences (SANS ICS, S4X24, RSA, Blackhat etc.)

As our OT Security Specialist, you’ll collaborate with various key stakeholders, including project managers and groups, product owners but also CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) and the IT Organization.

Experience with Operational Technology
Your experience and background can vary, ideally you have a relevant educational background such as; Network engineer, AP graduate in IT-Technology, IT-security, Computer Science, Bachelor of IT-security or other similar education. We are also looking for an OT Security Specialist who has 7+ years’ experience in OT Security, preferably in renewable energy, Pharmaceutical, Dairy/food, and/or experience in implementing security management in project organizations and has training or certifications in SANS ICS 410, 515, 612 or IEC-62443 Cyber security specialist.

Your personal skills are just as important to us as your professional competencies. Therefore, we a looking for an OT Security Specialist, who possesses a problem-solving and critical thinking mindset with great communication skills while simultaneously being a team player.
