What you’ll do:

• Execute supplier onboarding and compliance checks process in ISS systems and solutions
• Directly contact the assigned group of suppliers with a request to provide ISS with the required information and documentation, which includes sending emails and direct phone calls.
• Contact suppliers to help them to go smoothly through the onboarding process and ensure they understand ISS’s compliance requirements
• Track the progress of documents and information collection from suppliers
• Ensure updates are communicated to all relevant internal stakeholders
• Be responsible for managing escalations when needed
• Act as a trusted consultant on behalf of the company when talking to suppliers and ISS colleagues from other offices

Key qualifications:

• Excellent language skills (English and Danish)
• Additional points for Knowledge of Excel
• 0-2 years of experience
• Volunteering activities and internships - nice to have

• Positive attitude
