The Position
As the global BRD QA IT Senior Project Manager/Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact between global IT QA and local site QA for cross-organizational IT solutions. You will be the channel for local QA to challenge global IT solutions and the link for escalating local perspectives to the global organization.

Part of your role will be to ensure efficient and effective implementation of global IT/OT solutions and optimizations, aligning local processes with the global approach. You will be empowered to make decisions on behalf of the local site QA and use your leadership skills to create followship within the organization. In this role, you will support and equip the local site QA to make robust quality decisions and increase confidence levels in IT locally in QA through your global role.

As an QA IT Senior Project Manager/Specialist, you will be expected to:

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of IT processes and IT quality requirements
• Exhibit strong leadership skills and an ability to create followship
• Navigate seamlessly in both the global and local setup
• Set direction, drive projects, and deliver results in an environment that encourages innovation and creative thinking

You will be a part of our QA Business Support team. However, you will be building strong networks in BRD to create value for both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• Master’s degree or PhD in IT, pharmacy, engineering, or other related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry within IT/OT project management, quality, or production
• Flair for stakeholder management and networking at various organizational levels
• Strong communication skills
• In-depth understanding of IT/OT compliance requirements
• The position requires proficiency in English. Understanding Danish is an advantage

About the Department
The BRD QA area comprises 275 employees and is divided into six QA departments. You will be joining the Department of QA for QC, Mdev, and Business Support. Specifically, you will become part of the Business Support team, which include some of our most experienced business partners and process managers.
