About the job
We are looking for someone excited and experienced to be our Technical Support Manager in the Unmanned division, specifically in the Inspection team. You’ll be reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success Unmanned. Your main job will be to provide technical support to our customers in Colorado, especially those using drones for inspections.

The perfect fit for this role would have a strong technical background and ideally some experience in flying drones or a related field. Joining us means being a crucial part of our success story in unmanned solutions, which started two years ago and has been growing rapidly ever since.

Location
The ideal candidate can be located anywhere in Colorado, preferably in areas with convenient access to major transportation hubs and industry center’s.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch support to our customers through CRM, phone, or in-person interactions, giving clear troubleshooting instructions and handling material returns as needed.
• Keep our demo and service equipment in excellent condition for client demonstrations.
• Assist our sales team in the field with strategic customers, showcasing the benefits of our UAV payloads, addressing technical questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Create easy-to-follow documentation for using our UAV payloads in various industrial applications.
• Foster strong relationships with key accounts and partners for long-term collaboration.
• Conduct product presentations and workshops to demonstrate the advantages of our cameras and gimbals.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Your Qualifications

• Demonstrated technical expertise, especially in unmanned, drone, or related technology fields.
• Extensive hands-on experience with UAV operations, backed by comprehensive industry knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and address customer needs with empathy.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and focused on achieving results.
• Enthusiasm for attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Phase One and connect with potential customers and partners.
• Dedication to staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies in unmanned and imaging sectors.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
