If so, we’re looking for a system-interested HCM Solution Consultant to join the team in our Stockholm, Oslo or Copenhagen offices.

We offer you an opportunity to really make a difference for both future and existing customers by leading or being a part of complex implementation projects of our HCM (Human Capital Management) platform. We always aim to onboard our customers in a way that brings them the most value of our platform as quickly as possible and empowers them to continue the adaption of their solution as their journey unfolds – in close partnership with us. The system implementation project plays an essential part in that promise.

What you’ll do as HCM Solution Consultant:

• Work to optimise the outcome for the specific customer:
• Be a partner to the customer; be curious and gain insights about the customer to support, coach and challenge them to the best solution considering their specific needs, visions
• Secure minimized time to value for the customer
• Always consider the big picture: see the connection between setup of data and configuration of processes in the system in relation to the effect integrations have on the existing system landscape
• Secure that the project is on time, within the scope and within budget and properly document project progress, solution, and decisions in CatalystOne Projects
• In the role as Project Manager, manage multiple implementation projects by simultaneously taking the main responsibility for the overall project with regards to schedule, scope, structure, resources, communication, risks, and stakeholders
• In the role as HR Consultant, act as solution and system expert during configuration and data migration, run customer meetings and training sessions
• Secure we stay relevant to our customers by contributing to the continuous improvement of implementation methodology and material - in collaboration with and under the leadership of Center of Excellence
• Secure product requests from customers are propagated to Product Management via the established channels
• Actively share knowledge of trends, common practices, and other relevant insights

Requirements:

• Experience with the implementation of business-critical applications (HCM, ERP, Payroll, T&A etc.).
• Several years' experience with working as a consultant
• Can "talk" IT with HR and vice versa
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Contributes to an inspirational and motivating working environment
• Fluent in a Scandinavian language, as well as English
