What We Do
As our new Product Owner you’ll join a team of innovative colleagues, each guiding their own cross-functional and autonomous squad. Together with specialists like Data Scientists, UX’ers, and Engineers, your focus will be is to ensure we're not just building things right, but we're building the right things by identifying and solving the most crucial customer problems. This involves creating seamless experiences that resonate with our customers and our conversion rate.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a product by collaborating organisation-wide for strategic and effective objective alignment and achievement.
  • Set the direction by evaluating opportunities in the market and by working closely with customers and stakeholders to inform the roadmap.
  • Drive an outcome-driven product roadmap focused on enhancing customer experience, conversion, activation, and retention.
  • Run Product Discovery to discover, develop, and test hypotheses to solve customer problems.
  • Create growth and scale for our digital platform by optimizing internal capabilities.

Your profile
Experience with some of the following:

  • Familiar with defining a product vision and strategy, then working on a plan to make it reality.
  • Experience in developing OKRs and outcome-based roadmaps.
  • Skilled in managing different stakeholders.
  • Adept in assessing trade-offs between customer experience, time-to-market, and operational costs.
  • High level technical understanding and ability to create an agile process.
  • Structured and disciplined approach with analytical skills.
