Your days are spent not just setting the direction for a vital part of our digital platform but also actively evaluating market opportunities that arise like plot twists, requiring quick thinking and decisive action. You are tasked with defining a product vision and strategy, then working on a plan to make it reality.

You are not doing it alone, but together with your cross-functional squad of experts like engineers, UX’ers and data scientist, all with customer experience top of mind.

Like any great story, there are challenges to overcome – enhancing customer engagement, conversion, activation, and retention. Each solution you discover, develop, and test is not necessarily a triumph, but all of them come with great learnings, that will take you one step closer to triumph; solving customer problems like puzzles that, once completed, reveal a larger picture of success and growth.
