  • Establishing and testing new equipment and processes

  • Creating awareness and a sense of urgency in daily operations

Qualifications
Ideally you have a Bachelors or Master’s degree within Engineering, Pharmacy or similar and preferably 2-5 years of relevant working experience in a cGMP environment e.g., biotech or pharmaceutical industry.

We are hiring for attitude, so we are looking for a candidate who has a lot of drive and has proven interest with working under GMP. You enjoy working hands-on in the production facilities as-well as working with numbers, math, and IT tools. You are very quality-oriented and thorough. You are proactive, responsible, organized, and able to take ownership of tasks. Furthermore, you are a good team player who thrives on setting a good example.

In return we can offer to broaden your process knowledge and to improve your problem-solving skills. You will have influence on your position and the future development of the role according to our business strategy. Additionally, you will be part of the future organisation needed for the 11 Billion DKK manufacturing expansion currently being undertaken at the Hillerød site.
