VIKING’s Global Business Services operate to support VIKING HQ and entities across the globe. As part of it, you will become part of the Global HR team who are responsible for VIKING’s employee master data, using SAP and Success Factors as our platforms. We have an ambitious business plan, and right now, we are looking for an HR Master Data Reporting and Analytics Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience and knowledge in HRIS Analysis and HR metrics. Based at our office in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, you will report to the Manager of Human Resources and Administration and be involved in everyday tasks and projects, bringing a dynamic and interesting workday.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work both independently and in cooperation with good colleagues. The following tasks and projects can be expected:

  • Build, develop, and maintain monthly and annual reporting HR activities.
  • Analyze and follow up on deviations from HR reports.
  • To be the owner of the reporting center at My HR (Success Factors).
  • Ad hoc reporting and HR Power BI.
  • Support HR master data maintenance and development.
  • Support Success Factors system development and testing.

As an HR Master Data Reporting and Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for guaranteeing the accuracy and quality of data collected and providing insights to support decision-making and enhance HR processes. Also, ensuring the optimal functioning of HR systems.

Furthermore, you are going to analyze and create reports for HRIS data, assuring data privacy and reporting regulations compliance.

Your profile:
The successful candidate has:

  • A university degree in human resources management, business, economics, or a related discipline.
  • Detailed knowledge in HR metrics and MS Office.
  • Experience with HRIS (Success Factors & SAP).
  • Ability to track trends and technical innovations in HRIS analysis.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.

You will work closely with other departments and colleagues; therefore, you are collaborative and team-oriented. On a personal level, you are an analytical thinker, solution-oriented, flexible, and responsive.

Since our corporate language is English, you have great English skills – both written and orally.
