The ISS Finance Graduate Programme provides a steppingstone for finance talents to become future leaders in ISS, one of the world’s largest service organisations with around 350,000 dedicated employees operating in more than 30+ countries. The Finance Graduate programme provides you with the opportunity to experience exciting jobs in various finance functions in just 2 years followed by one year on international assignment in one of our country organisations. You will work in Operational Finance, Business Finance and in Specialist Finance during the first two years and obtain a great understanding of the ISS business, processes, tools and ways of working. Throughout the programme you will work on individual tasks and be part of a team. You will gain hands-on experience on how to perform operational tasks and why we do, what we do. Additionally, you will learn how to communicate and collaborate at different levels and how to deliver excellence.

An example of a Finance Graduate journey could look like this:

• Financial Controlling: Month-end closing process for actual reporting, preparation of financial statements and notes, analysis of developments in various financial items including key KPIs like organic growth, profitability (operating margin) and free cash flow.
• Treasury: Working with liquidity, FX hedging, factoring, Cash Management and Working Capital as well as optimizing processes​ and Cash Management initiatives
• Investor Relations: Take part in preparing upcoming results releases​, investor materials and presentations. Participate in investor meetings and conference calls.
• Internal Audit: Perform audits of core processes in ISS countries and customer contracts.
• Business Partnering Global Key Account: Supporting and leading a variety of deliverables – both as part of monthly business rhyme but also ongoing relating to business performance, customer needs or implementation of strategic priorities across regions and global key account.
• M&A: Supporting on two key components of our deliverables: (i) being part of the transaction team on a live M&A transaction and/or (ii) participate in the strategic assessment of M&A opportunities and the continued build-up of our pipeline. Both components include support on the preparation of our information/decision making documents in our governance structure.

During the programme there will be personal development conversations and each graduate will have a mentor assigned. You will be part of a community that consist of both Finance Graduates and our Global Management Trainees. This community will give you the opportunity to create networks across functions and counties.

Key qualifications

• You currently hold or will finish your master’s degree within a relevant field i.e. finance, economics or business administration no later than August 2024 as you will start the programme on 1 September 2024.
• Ambitious and analytical finance graduate with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong academic record as a top performer and has put your competencies to play in relevant work experience during your studies.
• To be a successful Finance Graduate you must be driven and focused on delivering results.
• Strong analytical skills and structured approach to quickly adapt to change, and to get things done.
