Your new role
Bringing data from offices to the construction site using 3D BIM models has long been part of our core expertise here at Dalux. Now, as one of the next steps in our effort to digitalize the construction industry, we are working to capture reality using cameras and bring data from the construction site and back into the office.

As Computer Vision Engineer, you would focus on the continual development and optimization of our SLAM system. The system analyses video recorded by the users on their construction site and your job will be to accurately recreate the building.

As part of this effort, tasks could include:

  • Camera self-calibration
  • Camera 360 projections
  • Sensor fusion

Your background
We believe you…

  • Have a solid theoretical foundation from a master’s degree in computer science, engineering, IT or similar with courses within computer vision and data science.
  • Have experience with Python and OpenCV from either your degree or a professional environment. Experience with C++ is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Are quality focused, solution-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

As the area is growing, we are looking for both new graduates and people with professional experience within Computer Vision – most important is your ambitious attitude towards your continuous learning and development.
