Manufacturing & Global Procurement > COO NCE > Production Engineering Nacelles
The local PE & TS (Production Engineering and Technical Support) is a supporting department for Nacelle and HUB production at Lindø factory. The departments main focus areas are daily technical support for running production processes. The PE & TS team operates as the intermediate in the space between new product introduction (NPI) and the serial production sites. When a new product has reached a certain state of maturity it's handed over to the local PE & TS team for further development and maturing before it's finally handed over to serial production. During serial production the team is actively supporting on the technical side also giving input for larger issues arise. To best support for running production local team strongly cooperate with Regional and Global PE & TS teams. Part of the team’s responsibilities is also optimizing production via new technology and continuous improvements projects as well as documentation readiness and improvements.

Responsibilities
Your tasks will vary in complexity and nature but will keep its focus on the below items:

  • Development of production setup and documentation including process flow, component allocation, layout, and work instructions
  • Engage in P-FMEA activities
  • Implement special tooling and test equipment needed for production of the product
  • Support the serial production regarding nonconformities, technical questions, automation and maturing the assembly process

Qualifications

  • An engineering degree within Marine, electrical, mechanical, production or other relevant area combined with some years’ experience within production environments
  • Great technical understanding
  • Experience within the electrical area and testing of machinery would be preferred (I/O test, functional testing, etc.)
  • Experience within other large corporate organizations
  • Danish language skills
  • Have good communication skills and fluent in English (speaking and writing)
