Ambitious Space Company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for Products BU
Embark on a mission to ensure the stellar satisfaction of our esteemed customers! As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our returning customers. Working closely with the sales team, you will be the voice of the customer within GomSpace, managing post-procurement communication and overseeing the delivery process. This position requires close interactions and collaboration with various departments, including manufacturing, engineering, finance, and R&D.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage communication and administrative aspects for returning customers and orders.
  • Support sales managers in recording orders and initiating internal actions for deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the sales coordinator to ensure a smooth post-procurement process and timely delivery, taking charge of the customer experience from order placement to successful delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for post-procurement commercial questions and inquiries.- Utilize GomSpace’s CRM and ERP systems actively to ensure timely and accurate information dissemination to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in commercial studies.
  • B2B sales, account management or customer-support experience, preferably in technical and/or service sales with international customers.
  • Self-driven, positive, and forward-looking individual with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and orders, maintaining a focus on improving customer experience.
  • Strong team player with the initiative to act independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Integrity, honesty, and respect for others are our fundamental values.
