Join us in this role where you’ll be the lead developer for teams of highly capable full stack developers. You’ll be driving software engineering best practices and technical direction but also act as the key interface in cross-team dependencies.

You’ll be part of the OT APP team where you, together with your colleagues, will provide IT integration services to all business units in our Group, enabling the business to grow rapidly across the globe. As a team, we follow the principles of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), emphasising collaboration, continuous improvement, and cross-functional alignment to deliver our goals efficiently.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • developing and enhancing IT products using diverse set of technologies, such as .NET, Angular, and others alongside open-source platforms for solution hosted both on the cloud and on-premises
  • working effectively with cross-functional teams to create technical enablers and effectively respond to the change of business needs
  • taking ownership on applications fault diagnosis and correction to limit and address issues promptly
  • providing technical development recommendations for application quality and cost efficiency improvement and work with the PO/Solution Architect to define and maintain application and software roadmap
  • driving innovation and continuous technical improvement for quality and efficient application and software delivery and demonstrating technical leadership in supporting teams and ART.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar, or equivalent qualification with significant experience in a software development capacity
  • have demonstrated track record in delivering end-to-end applications utilising .NET Core, C#.NET, and other modernised tech stacks
  • demonstrate strong skills and experience in design patterns, software architecture, and Architecture patterns, incl. Microservices, Communications, incl. Kafka or ServiceBUS, Containerization, incl. Docker or Kubernetes, and Cloud, such as Azure/AWS
  • have excellent communication and presentation abilities in English, both written and verbal, and articulate presentation skills
  • have a strong passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
