QA Engineer

As a QA Engineer you will be responsible for building, developing and maintaining QA solutions and standards for our digital portfolio.

Your key responsibilities

• Building, developing, and maintaining automated tests (including unit, integration, performance and security tests).
• Creating test automation and automation scripts.
• Reporting and verifying issues,
• Designing and developing QA standards for our digital solutions (projects and products).
• Designing test scenarios.
• Cooperating with Czech and international team consist of: programmers, designers, Product Owners, domain experts.
• Writing documentation

Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate has:

• 4+ years of professional experience as a QA Engineer, automated tester or similar role.
• 4+ years of experience in automated testing software, databases, and digital solutions.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into effective test cases.
• Experience with API testing tools.
• Experience with UI testing automation tools.
• Knowledge and experience of using:
• Selenium
• xUnit
• C#,
• JS
• Angular
• React
• Postman
• .NET 5+
• Microservices architecture
• Event bus (RabbitMQ)
• Docker
• Rest WebAPI
• PostgreSQL
• Oracle DB,
• MsSQL,
• Cypress
• Jest, Vitest
• Playwright
• Good English skills – both spoken and written.

Nice to have:

• Good knowledge of applications’ performance and stability.
• Good knowledge of software architecture.
• Working with spatial data (PostGIS, Spatialite, QGIS)
• Reverse engineering (a little)
• Kubernetes
• Azure DevOps/Cloud
• SCRUM and agile experiences.
