Summary of role

GAN Integrity seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Manager. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate various external strategic customer and internal stakeholder projects to ensure they are completed successfully, with high satisfaction, and within timelines and budget.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to communicate project progress and identify potential issues or risks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong background in project management methodologies, and the ability to multitask effectively, setting clear standards for their work that they’ll use to integrate each task into a completed project.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate simultaneous projects from requirements definition to deployment and post-mortem activities.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather project requirements and updates.
  • Strong skills in developing and overseeing work plans, including creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, and adhering to deadlines
  • Analyze all projects’ status and, when necessary, adjust scope, schedule, or budgets to ensure success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders (internal and customer) owning all project communications.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
  • Actively facilitate working sessions necessary to drive decisions critical to project success
  • Coordinate resources and manage resource loads across projects. Delegate effectively project tasks to relevant employees best positioned to complete them
  • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
  • Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
  • Communicating with executives (customer and internal) to keep the project aligned with their goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification
  • 7-10 years of proven experience in project management
  • Leadership qualities, such as motivation techniques and conflict management
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, having the ability to communicate detailed information in a clear summary form to customers
  • Excellent time management skills, especially familiarity with calendar management and goal-setting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (Smart Sheets and Asana)
  • Knowledge of project management processes, such as Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • Computer literacy for spreadsheet and word processing software
  • Ability to understand and become familiar with the work being done by each team member
