The role:

Inpay is recruiting a new Banking Support Specialist to join our Network Banking Support Unit.

The Network Support Unit manages Inpay's partner banks around the world in relation to setting up the accounts (applications), completion of KYC reviews, document handling, managing contractual agreements and Service Level Agreements, acting as an escalation point on relationship problems/payments issues and any ad hoc operational issues.

This function will report directly to the Team Lead, Network Support based at our Copenhagen office.

Your primary tasks:

• Support the Network team in connecting partner banks to the Inpay network
• Provide partner banks with the needed operational information (KYC Reviews)
• Support onboarding of Financial Institutions as suppliers to Inpay
• Ensure existing accounts are operating in an optimal manner
• Handle the necessary document flow and administration (quarterly updates, certification at the Notary/Foreign Affairs/Embassies)
• Ensure the company is updated on changes in the Inpay network
• Proactively communicate with banks on case progress and issue resolution

Your profile:

• Documented experience from banking/ financial services industry, as well as a basic knowledge of Account Opening requirements
• Experience with support relating to cross-border payments
• An understanding of how Correspondent banking works
• A minimum of 1 year experience with KYC and a good understanding of AML principals
• Professional written and spoken English
