The hiring manager for the position is Heidi Storm, Manager Microsoft Cloud Services at Dustin. Her leadership can be described as dedicated, and transparent and she strongly supports the “Win as a team” mentality. The climate in the team is welcoming, helpful, and solution oriented.

Your role & influence as workplace services consultant
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for overseeing the maintenance, development, and life cycle management of our Managed Services platforms, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional support for our European Portfolio, encompassing Modern Workplace, Unified Mobility Workspace, Security Ready, Enhanced Protection, and Security Assessments.

Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with different departments such as Project Management, Technical Sales Support, Service Desk, and Sales, fostering dynamic collaboration across the organization to achieve our goals.

Core activities:

  • Maintenance, development and life cycle management of Managed Services platforms.
  • Providing 3rd line level support, incident handling, change, and problem management for the European Portfolio
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues from various departments such as Project Management, Technical Sales Support, Service Desk, and Sales to deliver projects, share knowledge, and support clients effectively.

We envision you as a curious and driven individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, possesses a solid technical background, and demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ideally you have a good working experience as a technical consultant and have knowledge of different client platforms from Microsoft, Google, Apple and Samsung.

Additionally, it's important that you have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Defender Suite, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Technical skills include proficiency in Azure Cloud and PowerShell.
  • Fluency in English and Danish, both written and spoken .
