Unibake is embarking on an exciting journey to implement the Business Platform, an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365FO), across all our 30 bakeries worldwide. This project marks one of the most ambitious global ERP roll-outs originating from the Nordics. We’re looking for 6 Graduates to join the transformation journey at our head office within the following Tracks:

• Analytics Track
• Implementation (ERP) Track within the following workstreams: Supply Chain, Production, Customer Service, and Finance.

What will be your highlights?

You will take part in quarterly global workshops and trainings with other graduates. Areas of competencies might involve Project Management, Leadership Training, Agile training and many more.

International Exposure in the Bakery Business : We are an international company, and you will work with many nationalities and cultures, both in our head office in Copenhagen, and with our colleagues across our international markets as part of our local deliveries. Prepare your passport, as traveling will be part of your experience joining the program.

What you need to have

• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree at above pass rate (or a projection that you’ll achieve this) in business development, business intelligence, business administration, engineering, computer science, or another discipline related to IT;
• Passion and curiosity about technology;
• A truly international mindset and the willingness to travel;
• Great communication skills in English both spoken and written;
• Relevant work experience (no more than 2 years) from internships, student positions, or similar will be considered as an advantage;
• It is a plus if you have experience or interest in ERP (e.g. SAP, AX, or D365FO), Power BI, Azure DevOps, and the MS Office package;
• Graduation the last 2 years or expected graduation date before September 2024;
• Availability to start the program in September 2024.

• You must be living in Denmark and have a valid work permit.
