You will be a part of a young existing team in Warsaw and Denmark (~25 team members in total). The team is responsible for customizing and improving ServiceNow which is a strategic platform in the KMD and NEC group. You will work with challenging cases which will expand your knowledge and give You a lot of satisfaction when You will solve them 😊. We are working using agile methodology and you will have an opportunity to help improve that process in our team.

After your morning coffee you will be:

• Developing test strategies, preparing and updating test plans for ServiceNow applications and integrations
• Creating test scenarios, and test cases from Software Requirements.
• Defining the scope for regression and automated tests
• Taking an active part in UAT / conducting UAT if needed
• Introducing new test methodologies/standards
• Coordination of testing team, workload distribution
• Reporting of test progress and identification of potential risk and quality issues
• Performing tests (functional, exploratory, integration, E2E, regression) based on requirements, processes, and knowledge of the system
• Effort estimation for projects
• Taking part in business requirements analysis
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including customers, developers, business analysts, business architects, and project managers on a daily basis
• Create/update/maintain test documentation

We are a GOOD match if you:

• 5-6 years of experience in the testing area, at least 2 years as test lead/test coordinator
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test design techniques, QA tools, and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Experience in the creation and implementation of test strategies
• Experience in testing business processes
• Experience in Frontend and Backend testing of Web Applications.
• Familiar with integration/REST API testing using tools like Postman, SOAP UI
• Excellent leadership, communication, and QA management skills
• Are fluent in both English and Polish

We will be a PERFECT match if you, additionally:

• Have an understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, modules (like ITSM, and CSM), and customization capabilities
• Are familiar with ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Are familiar with integration/REST API
• Have skills in scripting and programming languages such as JavaScript and Python
• Experience with ITIL and ITSM Systems
