Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a people strategy aligned with our company's objectives, fostering global harmony while respecting local differences.
• Build scalable structures and processes to support our decentralised organisation, leveraging data and analytics.
• Collaborate with the People & Culture colleagues across the group and senior leadership to ensure effective implementation.
• Strengthen collaboration among People & Culture officers across the group.
• Take an active interest in the business and contribute to overall company success.
• Lead internal communication efforts to foster transparency and engagement.
• Drive change management initiatives to support organisational growth and cultural evolution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading People & Culture organisations in an international context.
• Strong track record of translating business needs into effective People & Culture strategies.
• Expertise in defining and implementing organisational structures, processes, and tools.
• Ability to use data for strategic decision-making.
• Relevant academic degree and fluency in English.
• Experience in decentralised product companies, fast-growing environments, and/or acquisitions is a plus.
